LTV 65% of Finished Value
Minimum Down Payment of Total Cost - 20%
Personal Guarantee
Must use Bulldog Capital Development, LLC contracting services

Standard Loan Terms:
12% Interest Rate (Interest Only Payments)
$695.00 Processing Fee
$150 per Draw / Inspection Fee
6-9 Months (Extensions Available)
